We were looking for an IT all-rounder for external data backup, networking and internet telephony. With great expertise, MKJC implemented cloud computing, IP telephony and a shared network. Via the hotline we always get fast, competent solutions – technical failures have decreased significantly.
MKJC has been our telephone and internet provider since 2007, introduced VoIP telephony and optimised our Wi-Fi. A 2021 upgrade made the system even more failover-reliable. What we especially value is the attitude: 'can't be done' doesn't exist! We no longer have to worry.
MKJC fully implemented our vision of a new, internet-capable phone system, replacing the old ISDN/analogue box with a virtual server. We now make calls across sites via VPN, and all employees can call simultaneously. We're impressed by both the technology and the staff.

Michael Jagmohan (1980) is the owner and manager of MKJC. He built his own team, and his main focus is on delivering services from the cloud. As a consultant, he creates comprehensive concepts for companies looking to cut costs and increase efficiency. At MKJC he is responsible, among other things, for project management during overhauls of technical infrastructure. Previously, Mr Jagmohan worked in direct customer support in the IT and telecommunications sector at Siemens.
Tobias Jagmohan (1986) has been with MKJC since 2005. As Project Manager, he is responsible for designing and integrating cloud applications and, in the area of network and voice architecture, for implementing multi-site networking. Tobias Jagmohan previously gained experience as an intern at Continental in data analysis and the processing of component measurements. He completed his studies in business informatics with a Bachelor of Science degree.
